Darul Ulum Islamic University (UNISDA) Lamongan has succeeded in becoming the best private university (PTS) in Lamongan Regency in 2023. This year Darul Ulum Islamic University became the owner of the best PTS in Lamongan, Gresik, Bojonegoro and Tuban. Unisda is also ranked 84th best Islamic campus in the world, 119th best PTN (State University) and PTS in Indonesia, and 25th best PTN and PTS in East Java. This is based on the 4ICU UniRank 2023 ranking or university ranking agencies in the world.

The head of the Unisda Lamongan information system team, M. Tsalits Nurrohman explained, 4ICU UniRank assesses tertiary institutions that have been accredited by official organizations to carry out undergraduate and postgraduate learning, as well as having face-to-face and distance learning. Programs. Unisda is also carrying out a website strengthening strategy that focuses on improving the quality of content and optimizing search engine support (SEO).

In its implementation, UniRank measures university performance using four different websites. Performance measurement engines, namely Moz Domain Authority, Alexa Global Rank, Similar Web Global Rank, and Majestic Referring Domains Trust Flow.

The role of institutional websites greatly influences this assessment. Unisda's ranking has increased significantly. "This means that the strategy for easy search of information on search engines and quality website content has been effectively carried out," he said, Wednesday (26/4/2023).

"This means that our SEO is getting better, Unisda's website arrangement is also getting better, and on the one hand Unisda is aggressively removing spam content which has an impact on the quality of trust flow which is getting better," said Tsalits.
